Print job that shouldn't have worked

OK. I put this off and was in a hurry to get it done. I pretty much did everything that most suggestions say you shouldn't. The graphic was a low res buncha colors so I redrew it to print as 4 process and white, using the CMYK palette and adjusting the individual sliders to control the 4 blends.
I reclaimed and coated screens. Printed out the separations at 42.5 line. Realized all the screens were 86-110's. Decided to go full steam ahead anyway. Sport grey shirts, spot white with no underbase.
