Have someone replaced print head ??
what was the price and time till it was done ??

it seem it's time for my kornit's yellow head...

What's wrong with ur printhead?
If you buy the new printhead, it's easy to replace it. It takes near 1 hour to replace it including calibrating the print head. As I know, the price is 3200 US, exclude the no.3, no.5, no.6.

Yellow printhead have many cloged noozles, too many.
maybe you can suggest some trick to try to unclog ?

And it seem yellow print doesn't show the right temperature. it seems much hoter than other print heads, but shows the same temperature.

You can go to kornit-digital.com and then the support section. Register as a user. Once activated yo can download the flushing procedure. Also you may need a new heater or dongle board for the temperature problem. Please consult with your dealer.

ow, thx for reply. I'm registrated but at the moment i can't login. I'm trying to fix this. What can you tell me about heater. My service guy tells the heater is not seperated from the printhead... and the price they are offering for printhead is much higher than i hear from earllin...
recently we changed the PH Driver Main board (Lower) ELECTRONIC BOARD and Spectra PH Driver Extention Board (Upper) ELECTRONIC BOARD, it solved our non printing problem and at the moment white prints great, there is no problems with humidity as we thougt. (it wasn't cheap)
