Hi everyone.
I am having an issue with my printer module. Its print head won't move all the way to the right into locking position so it can sit on the print head seat. If I try to pull ink through the tubes with a seringe then it won't work because there is no pressure. What might be causing this?

Please call us first thing in the morning and we will track that down.
In the interim make sure your linear encoder strip and capping station is clean as this can cause the print head not to park correctly,

Hi! So, what happened with your machine? Im from Argentina and Im willing to buy one! Could you tell me about your experience? Any clogs problems? Would you recomend the machine?
