print head rubbed on shirt while doing underbase now all other shirts are printing a fuzzy white which is not bright at all. please help.

When I had my t Jet, I was told that if the print touched the white underbase, printhead was toast..sounds like a $300+ mistake. Call equipment zone or American screen supply to confirm

If wet pretreatment gets on the head, it's not good, but if it's dry, you should be ok. Did you try to run a head clean? Also inspect the bottom of the head and make sure fibers aren't built up there blocking nozzles.

thnks fixed it no head damage just had to wipe down workin fine now
