Print head problem on Roland SP300i?

Hello everyone.

I recently tried to print with my Roland SP300i and all I get is Magenta ink. I checked ink levels and all ink levels are ok. Is this something I can fix with a head cleaning maybe. I tried power cleaning a few times and no luck. I have seen a few videos online about cleaning the heads. Should I try or is it a lost cause? I appreciate any input.

A couple questions, has the printer been sitting unused for any length of time? are you using OEM inks? and do you have the cleaning cartridges?
Jon is correct. Has the machine been sitting cos the inks will dry out and clog the head and non standard inks are an issue too.
I assume you have done print head check.
You might need a new head. The amount of down time and trying figure it out, get a technician to come out.
Hey Jon, Thanks for replying. It had been sitting for a while but I just used some cleaning solution on the head and did a couple of power cleanings and it seems to be working.
Hey Mabuzi, Thankfully I don't need a new head. It seemed to work out. Thanks for taking the time to help. I appreciate it.
