Pricing question, I need help!

hello all, I just landed my first somewhat large order for 100 t-shirts with a single design on front about1 1/2 weeks ago. I gave my customer a price, she said she would submit it to her job because it's for a fundraiser their doing and would get back to me. today she asked me how much would it be if her job supplied the tshirts and I just silk screened the design. I know i can outsource the job since I don't do silk screening, but I didn't want to tell her for fear of losing the job. Can anyone offer a suggestion or perhaps a solution?
Thanks, jjsmalls08 :)

I would try and get 3.00-4.00 print charges to print those.
First is the job on light or dark shirts?
Its hard when you have to contract the job out and the customer is supplying the t's cause that were we make our money. Good luck.
hey jan, thanks for responding. originally she wanted lime green shirts but i'll be able to have a more definate answer when i talk to here tomorrow.

where did you get that price from? 50pcs. $213

i print but i think i could just take my orders to that printer and still make a buck and sit back and relax
or is that price just for the shirts................................

What?!!?! Did I miss something here?
If she supplies the t-shirts I would just take off your cost price for the shirt, but not the profit you would make on the shirt. So if the shirt cost you $1 and you sell it for $2, I would charge her $1 + print price.

Remember if she supplies the shirts and some get messed up who will replace them? You could tell her there is no guarantee if she supplies the shirts and she will get them all back misprints and all.
