Pricing for Vinyl on Vehicles

I'm beginning to do a lot of vinyl work for signs and other products however, I was recently approached about placing a logo on a construction company's work trucks. This would be the standard name logo with phone numbers on each door of the truck. I know the cost of materials I will use however I would like to know from people who have done this before a general price range or mark up to charge for cutting and applying the graphic. Thanks!

It's all relative to your operation. Are you working from home or a store front? Is this a hobby type thing for you or your only means of income?

For a logo design plus install, I would double the price of my materials and charge an install fee of $20 per decal.

But I do this as a hobby, so if at the end of the job, I spend a total of 2-3 hrs. and I make an easy $125-150 after all materials are paid for, I'm okay.

So it depends on your whole operation.

What you need is the computer graphics pricing guide, sounds like your starting to enter the sign trade so why sell yourself short ?

I have a square foot price for vinyl. When considering vehicles I normally add 40% - 60% to my sqr ft price. The larger the job the lower the %.
