I've taken a look at the cost of production, but I'm wondering if the price that I've come up with for custom team jerseys is reasonable.

My price is $35 per garment which includes one color front and back made with tee shirt vinyl:

Full back, including number and name of player, as well as a logo from the teams sponsor.

Front will be custom number with baseball graphic on left chest.

The jerseys are 100% polyester mesh short sleeves with a button up front.

Is this price reasonable?

I charge 1.5 times the cost of the uniform and then $4 per name/logo and $2 per number. So a $10 blank would be $27 after its marked up for me.

It really depends on the cost of the jersey.. Keep in mind that you can make a decent margin on jerseys because each one is personalized. Don't be scared to make some money.

I use another formula (material costs X (time spent+mark up). so lets say you feel your material costs are 15 takes about an 1 hr and you want to make a 45% mark up. so do the math 15 X 1.45=$21.75 that is what I would charge. if you want bigger sizes I usually add difference from what s-xl to that size costs so lets say for a 3xl costs $4.00 more then I would make it 5-6 up from the base price of the shirt and do the same math.
