Pricing for sublimated hats

We do sublimation for all over prints but do not have a hat press. We need to do 360 hats for a golf tournament with tournament logo on front and our logo on the side. Is this possible? If so can someone help me out? These are a giveaway so any help on pricing would be super awesome too :) Can't hurt to ask right?

You should get a 5 panel cap to avoid the seam in the front center of a 6 panel cap. Not sure of how wide the selection is for 100% polyester caps.

Foam trucker hats sublimate well. I do t know of any other poly hats though. Most are cotton, wool or acrylic.
