I have order for 207 black t shirts with the left chest and a 12x12 logo with words and no pictures using three colores for the design. Need help with pricing. Thanks
$4 per shirt for the printing plus the shirts. We would be at $8 per with gildan 2000's for screen printed.

I wouldn't touch this with DTG.

run the design through rip.. see how much ink you will be using per shirt plus pretreat (2 gallons) we can get about 100-125 shirts out of a gallon

do a "fake" order with all your sizes with whichever company you choose to see the total of how much the shirts will be..

then figure out your labor costs and other overhead costs...

take in account errors and messed up shirts..

start there and see how much they each shirt is going to cost you ..remember the ink prices stay the same for each shirt..

when you get that price.. times by 2 or 3 so that you make a profit..

So let me get this straight. A blank dark cost over $2 so there's a mock up of maybe a $1 totaling $3 for blank, and without seeing artwork people are willing to print a 12x12 and a 4x4 for $3-$4 without atleast seeing image file ? WOW

Quite often solid block text can out weight a photo. Guys and Ladies atleast look at the image .

not a chance on a dtg. any negative space is cost minus so i would bite on this on dtg but not at 200+ shirts.

I agree we would have to see the image first to really know how complicated the job is. Always remember the u have to pre-treat then u have your white layer then your color and remember if u are printing on both sides is more time consuming. Having the option I would also screenprint this job trust me is just better. Good luck
