Hi all, just got asked to quote on 500 shirts. Way above what I normally handle. 1 color, 1 print, 1 side.
What's a fair price anybody ??, i'm starting out and I really want to get the job, as it's local event, and word of mouth put them on to me.
I'm thinking of quoting $5.15 ea, shirt & print

What color shirts? Seems a little high but I don know your costs. White shirts cost less than darks.

We can bang those out at 120 per hour. We would be closer to $4

What kind of shirt?.....What colour shirt and ink?....Will they need an under base and flash?....

I would be 3.22 to 4.10 depending on colour of shirt and/or if under base required....This includes screens and shipping and I would have to touch a thing except the cash....I would have vendor/printer ship direct....

Hmmm.....Not much contrast if you ask me......I think you need a lighter colour ink for forest green.....

A good price range for the 500 green shirts printed one color one side in dark is is $4.50 to $5.50. US.
That might be a little different in Canada.

I do agree with giving the customer what they want, Black on green is OK, but the customer may not be always right, but they are always the customer!
