Hey everybody so I just have a maybe quick question. I use Image Armor pretreat with a Wagner sprayer. Even though everything is wet I sometimes get prints like this. Anyone have any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong or come across something like this? Am I not using enough pretreat even though it is really wet.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

what brand of shirt is that? it's weird that you would have a sudden change of coverage like that. normally, a poorly pretreated shirt would be more "inconsistent", but you have a hard edge of good pretreat to poor preatreat. so i wonder if there is something weird going on with the shirt itself.

Looks pretty suspect, any idea on the history of the shirt?
I'd almost say neither unless you've had this multiple times.

It looks like there may have been some kind of spill there previously, like someone dumped a cup of soda and it leaked onto the shirt there. I'm kind of seeing a shape on the left of the "B" that's darker which might be the end of said staining. It is very intriguing though! Also, sure they want it to say Bunt and not Blunt?

Hey guys. Im starting to think its the shirt, because I just looked over my past few jobs and this has only happened when I use customer provided Gildan Shirts. They are for a League that provides team shirts with their logo and we add the individual logo for the team. I just read another thread about other people having problems with Gildan, so I'm just going to start warning customers not to use these shirts. Thanks for the info everybody!

Run the design on one of your shirts, see what happens. Then run a solid block of white (I know expensive) on a gildan, see if the splotchy print has a hard edge everywhere. That will give you the answer.

My bet.......the shirt.
