I have a Hotronix press - - 4 months old that has stopped auto releasing. Any ideas why?

Does it do it regardless of the pressure setting? ours on the lowest setting doesn't auto open because there isn't enough clamping pressure for it to release, but at a 2 or above it works just fine.

No my pressure is anywhere from 7 to 9...

4 Months old....still under warranty, I'd be calling them up.
