Spots on shirt after pre-treatment shirt has been sitting for about 2 weeks. spray with a I-PREP machine.

What pretreatment are you using and how are you drying it

Looks like perhaps you are using a pretreat that requires temperature drying/curing and u did not do it. Some can be air dried but the newer higher performance pretreat require a cure at a specific temp.

Have you tried spraying with a gun or hand sprayer?

Have you flushed you pretreatment machine before using it the owner
which used it may have used a different pretreatment the spots could be

Yes line was flushed, before used shirt was dry @330 for 30 sec
