I have a fairly good order, about 150-200 pieces, for a construction company. Left chest logo.
I have done a test print on a t-shirt just to make sure colors are printing accurately.
The actual print will be going on a Sport Tek 80/20 12oz ring spun sweatshirt. Style #F280.
I have a Schultz Pretreat III machine. I would like to know what the best settings on the pretreat machine would be to get a nice vibrant print. Right now I have it set to spray both ways, volume on 2, and pressure -20%. That is what my trainer said to use, back when I got the machine.
However after the fact, Brother got rid of them as a distributor. I guess they had too many complaints. I also found that everything out of the trainer's mouth was basically a lie, and I have learned everything on my own and with the help of them.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

Have you shaken the pretreat before using it (everyday of use) and have you checked that for a 14x16 area the amount of pretreat is 30g?

Yes, you are only pret-treating for a logo but just check that you have the correct amount of pre-treatment is coming from the nozzles. You will need to do the check on a 14x16 area, about 30 grams.

Then only reduce the spray area.

Yes I shake the pretreat everytime. Just trying to figure sweatshirts out....The trainer I had wasn't very good and really didn't care, so I was left on my own. Brother let him go.....I can't understand why :p
