Pre-treat on Red T's

I am printing on Red 100% cotton tees. I spray the shirt then roll it in. I press it for 30 seconds @ 330 degrees. I use very little if any pressure. The problem is that it leaves a large heat press mark on the the shirt. It may come out once the shirt has been washed but it looks bad coming out of the box. Thanks.

Red shirts are always the hardest to print, whether by digital printing or screen printing. If you are getting a dark shadow after you heat press it that is normal and should go away after the shirt cools down. You might also lower your time to 15 seconds to heat press the pretreatment. This will help.

You did not mention how your actual printing is coming out.
