Hello.

hope this is right place to post my problem.

So i havent done it for at least year, but today when i was coating screens there was some problems with it.
Hopefully pictures(crappyphonepics) will explain problems

why this happens? i degreased screen, then dryed. emulsion was mixed 2 days earlier, but still there was some bubbles. i thought it is because of bubbles in emulsion or water didnt dry completely
when i coated screen i saw some small pins, but after some time they transformed in these beasts.

and then, why this happens? thicker emulsion layer in corners. does my coating technique sucks or what?

hope you will help me

What did you degrease with? Are you in a well or city water. I have seen similar when not rinsed properly all residue or the screen has a slight amount of water on it when coated.

Could be any number of issues causing the fish eyes.
1. Screens may have not been completely dry. A little bit of water can do this.
2. Your degreaser may not be compatible with the emulsion and leave residue.
3. Screen not rinsed properly as sben said, or rinsed in a sink with contaminants that bounced back.
4. dust on screen or blown onto with a floor fan.

If you are doing spot color plastisol it won't affect your print. Just a thinning of the emulsion. More critical on fine halftone printing or waterbase/discharge. Also you may want to strain your mixed emulsion through a 300 mesh to remove any particles that could have been introduced to the emulsion.
