For the first time since we had it, the GTX called for a replacement of the wiper cleaners. I did that. After that, the GTX asked me to do nozzle test print of the CMYK, and then of the white. I did that, and both nozzle print patterns looked perfect. After that, the machine did a 10 minute process that it titled "white ink refilling", and the word "Powerful" was at the top of the LCD display.
Does anyone know for sure why it would do a "Powerful" "white ink refilling" at that point?
The reason I am asking is that our production on it has been quite low for the past couple of months, but the machine seems to use up a ton of white ink when not printing white.
