Ok, so I have the machine plugged in and I am able to use the ink fill button, but there is no power light and head cleaning button, load and unload buttons do not work and the green power button is not lit.... HELP!! Is there a reset button somewhere or something I need to do? An ideas on how to fix it? It was working this am, but keep just doing head cleanings.

Hi Jenifer,

It does sound like you have some sort of power issue. The continual head cleanings sounds like a shorted motherboard.

Have you spoken with tech support from your distributor?
