Is there an easy way to see the posts your since last visit? I find that really useful on other forums.

At the very top of the page there is a Get New button that links to: http://www.t-shirtforums.com/search.php?do=getnew

That should show you the new posts since your last visit. If that does what you're looking for, I'll add that link to the "Site Navigation" in the sidebar or another easy to see area.
