Thinking about getting a portable cutter to do names on the back of shirts at events. Probably 15-20" cutting width that can handle at least 300 plus names on a busy weekend. Something at least a little bit industrial, not meant for crafts. Any suggestions?

All cutters are portable really. much more so than the heat press you'll need to carry around.

Silver Bullet. Available in 13, 15, 18 and 24 inch widths, can cut with or without mat and can do repeat cuts at the touch of a button. I've got the 18 inch version.

Joe is correct as always...

For the heat press, you might want to look into a stand with wheels made for miter or table saws. We have one that folds down into a hand-truck, much easier than trying to carry the damn thing.
