N t sure of their real name but it looks like theyare for those flavored popsicles that you see in the store that are not frozen and in long skinny plastic "sleeves" that you put in the freezer and when frozen snip off the top.

Exactly right the Popsicle koozies go on the long frozen fruit flavored Popsicle, also they are used on Ggurt and anything else that will fit that is either Cold or Hot. They are profitable and easy to make. Your imagination is your only limit.

These are Neoprene Popsicle Koozies/Sleeves. It is the same material that they make can Koozies out of. I bought mine through a group buy but Etsy has plenty of white and colored ones to choose from. Your cost should be under a Dollar and resell for $4-5 Customized.
