polyester twill
Does anyone know where to find army green polyester twill for hotknife patches? Tried Twillusa and Stahls

Have you looked at a fabric store? JoAnn Fabrics or Hancock's Fabrics. Poly twill is poly twill so you shouldn't be confined to getting it through Stahl's or Twill USA. You might even try www.fabric.com
