I was give 11x17 film transparencies from a buddy of mine, but I am not sure if they are exactly what I could use for exposing. The film is polyester film, but it is a cloudy sheet of paper, not directly see through like most film. My question is, would I still be able to use it? Just because the film isn't 100% see through?

Yes, that's not uncommon. We use Ulano film and it's also cloudy.

Do you know which side to print on?
