I don't know if there is a "Best"... So often it's more like "what's the best for your machine and environment"... But to give you a start check out VaporWare shirts. Google them.

Hi,
I wanna make some tests with a local guy who have an termic sublimation printer and I need to buy some fabric but I've heard that there are many types of poly and I wanna know what type is the best for making a great qualty t-shirt.
I wanna print the photo on the fabric and then sew it and create a t-shirt.

Conde Systems sells Vapor fabrics by the yard.
But any smooth 100 % polyester at any fabric store.
If you are looking for the best, then Kornit is the best brand and they have roll to roll printing machine with the high quality of Neopigment ink. This machine is able to print on multiple fabric types including polyester too.
