Polo design

I am trying to create a logo that could be embroidered at the same size as a Ralph Lauren polo logo. What I thought would be simple is turning into something incredibly difficult.

Does anyone have tips on this? Maybe a good place to go to in houston?



These are some of the ideas. The more detailed ones are the ones I first tried and of course didn't turn out well at such a small size. I was wanting to get input on the other designs before spending more money.
