I have a colorcamm pc-50 and have managed to install the drivers for xp correctly. Trouble is I try to cut something out from 2d design and every time it says it's out of paper. I'm connecting via a serial port. Is it due to using 2d design and not a vinyl cut program?

Any help would be great
