Ok...still stuck.
I just finished replacing the ribbon cable, and printhead for manual cleaning (on my some china DTG) and I got error 00010037, but I try to replug the cable, and it back normal again, but when I start to print the result was bad.I am not sure where to start looking.
I'm wondering if printhead is damage?
Any help would be appreciate,
