Hello,
This is what I did everyday with my dtf printer, please tell me if there's a missing/unnecessary step in my daily operation.
Before printing:
1. Shaking the ink tank.
2. Head cleaning until nozzle comes out good (max 3 time).
3. Printing white on top of cmyk colors to dispose of dirty/coagulated ink (also because for some reason when left overnight my white ink print was not solid until I printed at least 20x15 cm long block of white despite multiple head cleaning done beforehand).
After printing:
1. Cleaning the vacuum sucker
2. Cleaning the wiper blade.
3. Drip cleaning solution into the waste ink pad.
Is there anything I missed or done incorrectly for this daily maintenance routine? (For epson l1800).
Thanks!
