I was going to suggest to you that you go to Youtube. Do a search on Photoshop chrome. You will find a good many tutorials on there that can show you how to go about it. You will get a lot of satisfaction having done it yourself in lieu of someone doing it for you. Good luck

Also, keep in mind. The video that I think is being refferred to is a basic concept o how to accomplish this effest. A chrome look is going to be specific to the itme that is chromed. The shape, highlights, shadows and reflections are all effect by the mass and shap of the object.
