Quick thoughts are you have an error at the top of the page. Plus, on the homepage, your prices are covering up the design on your tshirts. That's not a good thing.

It's a good color scheme very relaxing, but as mentioned above there is some errors. Also you should emphasize the shirts a bit more such as having them take up more of the page and more info on your about section, but overall not to bad just some minor issues that need to be fixed.

Customer Service Page:
The most parts of texts in this page is align left except for the part in Free Returns & Exchanges, which is align center.
That is not coherent.
But I find the style of ur web is very comfortable. I like that.
The web of our company is very serious. I've been talking to my superior, hoping to change the style. Have no feedbacks yet
But regardless the style, our site is very rich in content.
Maybe u can check my signature to get some ideas
