I'm looking to invest in a vinyl printing cutter to create detailed art decals.
I am looking to do something quite small with high detail very similar to these images attached (below).
You can see where there is a cut they are able to add a bit of texture or a 'raise' to the vinyl. The whole vinyl sheet is dull gold, but where the cuts are made, the vinyl is actually a more shiny gold.
If someone can ID the process - please share with us.
