I was browsing throught the forum and come upon this old post. I m just a little confuse, is there some other law or rules that we need to go by beside purchasing correct product, and opening the busines, filing tax ect...This is the first time I've read about (CPSIA)...I did plan to offer children tees, but seem that I may only focust on adult...

I agree, all the latest information on that subject is in that thread as it is very active. It is a very long thread but with a little patience you will get through it. I will say that the lastest I have heard is the testing has been put off unitl 2011 but who knows what will happen so plan for the future.
