Hi all looking for some tips on making plastisol transfers for hats (havent had luck with them at all!)

The biggest problem, ive had is the transfer looks squashed on - im guessing too much pressure? But if i use less then it doesnt quite press the whole transfer and mainly misses the middle


What temp should transfers be cured at when making them..


Do i print flash print white ink transfers for dark hats?

hi, yes I am...well attempting to!

try a couple of folded socks on the bottom platen to even out the 'voids'

i find mine does not fit any cap i put on it and i always have to use the sock trick

for me i put one folded in half horizontally on the platen,
and then one folded in half placed vertically centered

caps seem to require more time/pressure
i also put parchment paper over top of the transfer before pressing
