Transfer Express does them and so do a few of the vendors on the left of the screen.
Plastisol Transfers
Hi I am wondering if anyone knows a good site where I can send Logos and designs for people to make as plastisol transfers and then send them back to me so I don't have to do all the screen printing myself.

You're welcome. They all have minimum orders. Something like 10, but the lower the quantity the pricier the transfer.
