Hello all-
Figured this was too specific a question to search the forums- so apologies if this coincidentally has been addressed already.

I have an order for some softball uniforms (18) and will be printing on 50/50 blend Augusta Sportswear style360 double stripe sleeve: This style uniform is only 4.8 oz. so was told thermofilm would likely be too heavy or thick... but was told to try sport lite film.
Wondering which would be more DURABLE, (NOT economical-as I can do this calculation myself)
I need durability to make this client happy, and am wondering which would fit this criteria. These prints will take much abuse through a long softball season.
I have heard F and M expressions has a great deal for 1color plastisol transfers(this job only calls for 1 color prints) and stahls always has great products - but would like some feedback from my impartial friends on the boards.
Any help would be great...
thanks all!

Thanks josh-

Wondering your opinion-
These uniforms are only 4.8oz ... so very light weight.
The sport lite film is not too heavy for these light uni's is it?
Sportfilm lite is 100 microns thick...to put this in perspective Thermo-FILM is 190 microns, so significantly softer. Most other brands referenced so far are 95-110 microns as well.

I think its soft enough for a basic tee or performance garment...if you are looking for the lightest weight you should consider CAD-CUT Premium Plus or Superfilm. I'm not sure your timeline for this job, but we will gladly send samples of products for you to apply and evaluate. I would be happy to send these today if you drop me a PM with your contact details.

I recommend Sportfilm Lite as the most popular basic film for a good balance of softness, easy to cut/weed and cost.

SportLite sounds like the way to go.. I have actually already had you guys send me some samples but I didn't put sport lite film in my cart so didn't ever have the chance to check it out. I don;t want you guys to have to pay postage and everything again to send out more samples.
I will PM you though for a different matter

Thanks again Josh for all of your help
