plastisol transfer pricing

I know what Silver mountain, F&M and the other high volume screen printers charge for their custom plastisol transfers. I am curious if any of you smaller shops print custom transfers and what do you charge for one color, two color etc.? Doesn't matter what part of the country you're in, just trying to find out if you tap this market and what you charge compared to the large volume printers.
