Sounds like you didn't put enough ink down. What mesh are you using? How many passes did you do? What are you using to cure the ink? Washing out is indicative of it not being cured enough
Plastisol gone bad?
Hi I'm new to the forums so Id like to say Hi to everyone first.
alright... Now for my question,
Is there such a thing as plastisol ink going bad? Last night we did our first production run but something seemed to be wrong with the black ink. Even after two coatings if you held the t shirt up against a light you can see right though spots of the shirt where the ink seemed to be not as thick as other spots. When the shirts were put into the washer it seemed like those spots that were thinner started to wash out.
any ideas?
