Plastic Card Printing - gift card type

i am looking for someone who prints these types of cards:
Card Gallery 1 - Duracard® Plastic Card Printing

Basically, our website offers bridal registry, and the guests of the wedding can either put money directly into their account, OR give them a beautifully crafted gift card in a special gift box.. BUT we need the cards.

I will not be a lot of them at the same time, and would LIKE some variable printed data on them.. Like the Bride and Groom's name and their customer ID printed right one.. We will probably be ordering about 50-250 at a time depending on the size of the wedding.

if this goes well, and it doesnt cost too much, we might buy some generic gift cards to sell too.

Stouse is an awesome company to work with. Really top notch sales and marketing materials to boot. I didn't realize they offered this.
I keep clicking around on there, but then never give you enough information! I dont know what material and how thick they are - they look really thin
I've never actually ordered the plastic cards from them, so I can't say how thin/thick they are.
Maybe they would send you a few samples if you asked them.
i did email to ask for some samples.. waiting to hear back from them.. What made me question the thickness is the picture of the card completely bent backwards in order to see both sides

Yes, I see what you mean. on the bottom of that ad it says they are printed on .020" plastic.

The other cards (loyalty cards) look like they may be different though.
