Pixmax JK721 Help running with Artcut 2009
Please can anyone help me?
I have recently bought a Pixmax JK721 cuter from monster doodles and i can not get it to cut correctly on Artcut 2009.
I think it is a driver issue as the cutter works fine on Sign Cut pro.
The cutter is connected through USB cable and i can get it to start cutting but all of a sudden it will cut a straight line through to the left of the vinyl.
Its as though the output file is too slow and the cutter crashes.
I'm setting the cutter up through Jinka 721 settings in the artcut program.
