Pinholes!

I've made a gaggle of screens for T's with emulsion but it seems that after a couple prints (or even the first) that the screens are developing pinholes in the emulsion that ink is going through. Any ideas as to why?? Thanks

pinholes can develop due to a number of things... One from specks on the film positive. Where your actually developing the pinholes....
Next on the list is not degreasing the screens before coating....
another thing that will cause pinholes is coating before the screen is fully dry from cleaning, reclaiming and or de-greasing...
Also Air bubbles in the imulsioin can cause pinholes...if you just activated your emulsion, let sit overnight to allow trapped air bubbles, from stirring, to rise to the top....
Hope you find your answer somewhere in there....
