pigment splatter all over garment
I have two questions:
1 - Does anyone know of a tie dye house in New York?
2- I was looking for a company to do a pigment splatter all over my shirt. I am not sure if that is what it is called. I want the effect to look like a splatter of paint was randomly applied all over.
