I have an epson 1280 and I am trying to find the right pigment inks for my printer...

Is this the ink I should be using for transfers, or is the factory ink fine?

If I am supposed to be using pigment/archival ink, where can I find this for my printer. So many websites and everyone claims to have the best stuff...

Sooo confused...

You definately want to use pigmented inks for transfers; dye-based inks will bleed when washed. (Though, to be fair, this bleeding isn't a HUGE problem because it washes off and the image survives, then it doesn't really bleed again - or so I've heard) Your best bet is probably the Magic Mix inks found at http://personalizedsupplies.com/archivalinks.htm . You can also buy the best transfer paper (I assume you're doing heat transfer?) there as well, the Magic Jet / Transjet II.
