photos and transfer paper

if i wanted to setup a booth and print tees for people with a pic (+ some words) off their camera phone or digital camera, is heat press a viable way to do it.

Yes. You will need a computer, a printer, transfer paper and a heat press.

Yes, you can you need things which Proworlded mention above. Keep in mind printer must be of good quality and color :p
