Can I do a high quality full colour photorealistic image with screen printing (white and vlack T-shirts)?
What Mesh to use?
Water based or Plastisol?

What is the size of a single dot/pixel from a fine screen? (How many dots can I put in 1"*1"?)
What is the finest line I can get (for text and numbers)?

State-of-art screen printing can produce a "high quality full colour photorealistic image" using CYMK or Hexachrome, but lower volume needs for this are also attended to using DTG printing which doesn't require tone patterns to replicate a photo.
