I am having trouble with phototrans imageclip. the image prints fine and green transfer coats the page. then i take the red page still and use a commercial heat press at 400 degrees for 10 sec.
however when I have my press at 400 degrees it burns the shirt and paper. the shirt type is hanes tagless 6.1. Can anyone tell what am I doing wrong? Thanks

I suspect your heat press is running hot. You can purchase a cheap surface thermal imager or heat strips to test it out.

I have this problem with my hobby size press and need to keep it turned down below 400. But my big press is fine at 400, never burning/scorching.

I was told by the co I bought the image clip from to put a piece of paper on top of the shirt before pressing it. It does make a difference.
