I need to screenprint the attached photo of a fire truck. I'm having a hard time editing and reducing the color count. Any suggestions?

How many colors are you wanting to use? If you are printing on on a white or black shirt, it would be either 4 or 5 using Separation Studio to do the seps. You may even be able to merge the gray channel and get it to 3 or 4.

Thanks for the input, I would be printing on navy blue and hoping to keep colors around 5.
