I have a phoenix phire heat press STX20 that I bought about 7 years ago. The shocks I believe, are gone on it. The press will not stay open. To do a job, I have to have 2 people, one to hold the press open while I set up the job. Has this happened to anyone and have you gotten replacement shocks? Are they available or expensive? Thanks! Hoping maybe Josh Ellsworth can answer this.
