I have been having trouble with my screens sticking to my shirts using permaset supercover inks. Ive read I shouldn't be using off contact, but I feel like it makes more sense with these inks because they sit on top of the fabric similar to plastisols. Does anyone have any good advice for using these inks without having to make multiple passes and to prevent the screen from pulling up fibers through the ink?

Make sure you spray enough adhesive on your platen so that the screen doesn't lift the shirt up with it. Also, Permaset supercover may need to be reduced a bit. I have used them before and they are really thick in my experience.
