PCUT CR630 and SBE/windows vista?

HI Just putting it out there for some advice.
Any help would be awesome.
I have a Pcut CR630 and it came with ArtCut 2009. When I load it on Vista it will install the usb driver and the ArtCut Program but that is all it does. Will ask for the graphics cd but then wont go further than that. When its used on a computer with XP it gets to the opening screen asking for the work area size and will actually cut so I know that it works. I tried to use the download on the ArtCut website but it doesnt have the CR630 so it just sends pops up with a write to MFC failed pop up. Its driving me insane.
Has anyone had any luck getting these to work with the SBE download? Its not a comm port cutter so uses USB.
Again any help would be great.
